Troy comes to C12 with a diverse background in leadership, sales development, team building, and operations.  Troy is committed to bring C12 to the business community of greater Nashville, his mission is to Glorify God in the marketplace and to be a catalyst for life and business transformation.

During his tenure at Chick-fil-A, Inc. Troy learned what it means to operate a “business as ministry”. While practicing servant leadership at Chick-fil-A, Troy learned that business excellence and glorifying God in the marketplace go hand in hand. Troy managed a P&L of $35+ million in revenue and coached business owners in operational excellence and improving financial results.

Troy has been involved in leading small group ministry for over 15 years. This calling led him and his family to move from Atlanta to Seattle to co-plant a new community of faith in the great northwest. After the launch of the church, Troy also became Partner at OneAccord, a management-consulting firm focused on accelerating revenue for mid-market companies. While at OneAccord, Troy was privileged to work with numerous companies, serving as vice president of sales at a medical software company, vice president of sales at a software development company, and vice president of business development at an internet based services company. Troy most recently served as president of a technology private equity group, where he set the direction and strategy for the 50 employee company.

Troy has been married to his high school sweetheart, Shanna, for over 17 years, and has been blessed with 4 children, Sam, Joel, Maggie, and Abi. Troy loves to coach his boys in soccer and baseball, and enjoys competing in marathons, triathlons and trail races with his wife.
